Morgan grew up playing minor softball in Saskatchewan and for 222’s Fastpitch. She continued her softball career at the collegiate level, playing NCAA Division II softball for one year at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, then transferring to McCook Community College in McCook, Nebraska (NJCAA Division I). After a career ending injury in February of 2021, Morgan made the decision to pursue her passion for coaching. Her focus is to coach a NCAA Division I or II softball team and lead a program to success. while paying for the 222’s Morgan was an outfielder, primarily center field, but throughout her college career she transitioned into the middle infield, playing both 2nd base and shortstop.

Morgan became an instructor with 222’s Fastpitch in 2019. She has worked at numerous camps across Saskatchewan and traveled to California as an assistant coach for their U14 travel team in 2021. In the summer of 2020, she volunteered as an assistant coach for the U12 Estevan Elite Provincial team and helped with many Learn to Play teams within Estevan Girls’ Softball. In the fall of 2020, she was involved in the creation of an “A” program within the Southeast corner of Saskatchewan. Over the winter and into the beginning of 2021, they held indoor training sessions for all youth athletes interested in playing softball at the highest level before selecting the final roster for a U16A team. In the 1st year of the Sun Devils organization, Morgan helped coach the team to a 15-15 overall record and a 3rd place finish at the U16A Provincial Championship.

After facing the injury at McCook in the 2021/22 season, Morgan transitioned to the role of student coach with the program. The team achieved the first-ever Region IX title in MCC history, while finishing with a 42-21 record. In June of 2022, Morgan took a team of 2005 & 2006 athletes from Saskatchewan to a college exposure camp in Iowa. Morgan now holds the position as the manager for the softball team at West Texas A&M University (NCAA Division II), where she is completing a bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching.
