Michelle Kukurudza

Michelle played all minor minor softball in Saskatoon, beginning as a Raider, then moved on to Selects.  Michelle still currently plays for the Saskatoon Lady Diamondbacks. Michelle has attended multiple Western Canadian Championships and National Championships.

Michelle represented the Province of Saskatchewan in both the 2015 Western summer games (Bronze) and in the 2017 Canadian Summer Games (Forth).
In 2016-2019 Michelle played four seasons with the University of Saskatchewan softball team in the Western Collegiate Softball Association League. During League play, Michelle was awarded Allstar 2nd base, and Most Valuable Player awards. Michelle was an Allstar Shortstop, Allstar 2nd Base and Top Hitter at the National Championships.
2016 – Won a Gold Medal in League Playoffs and National Champions in Saskatoon, SK.
2017 – Silver medalists at Nationals in Ottawa, ON.
2018 – Attended Nationals in Saskatoon, SK.
2019 – Attended Nationals in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON.
In the Winter of 2015 Michelle was a part of the 222’s Winter Training Team where she really enjoyed the challenge of the program and the overall Instruction.
Michelle began coaching in 2016 starting with Softball Sask’s high performance program, small clinics and other softball events where she found a real passion for coaching. Michelle has stated that she will continue to learn and grow as a player and coach in the great game of softball.
