This is a Pitching and Catching Clinic for girls and boys softball players of all ages.
Pitchers: we will be working on proper form, power pitching, spins and location, changing speeds.
Catchers: we will be working on proper stance/positioning, proper receiving techniques, footwork for throwing out runners and some conditioning.
There will be 4 one hour sessions (based on numbers).

March 8th, March 27th, April 5th, and April 19th
