– Instructor Lead – Dean Holoien
– Location – Sowden Flanagan Baseball Training Center, Moose Jaw, SK. (the old Curling Rink – 1599 Main Street)
– 5 one hour sessions
– Dates: January 24th, 31st, February 21st, 28th, and March 6th, 2020.
– U12- (2007 and younger) 6pm – 7pm (focus on form, pitching with power, change of speeds)
– U14+ (2006 and older) 7pm – 8pm (focus on form, pitching with power, change of spins and speeds, mental aspects of pitching)
– Each pitcher needs to supply a catcher (if possible)
– Cost $250.00 plus Gst
