FieldLevel - Recruiting

FieldLevel is an athletic network where athletes, coaches, and teams connect to build relationships and discover, evaluate, and share opportunities in sports.

College coaches on FieldLevel connect with coaches, search for and discover athletes, post their recruiting needs, and view and share events and coaching jobs.

High school and club coaches on FieldLevel connect with coaches, view college recruiting needs, manage their roster and evaluate their athletes to help them find opportunities, and view and share events and coaching jobs.

Athletes build their athletic profiles, research and discover colleges and events, and communicate with college coaches to get recruited.

You do not have to be a part of our 222's Team Account to have a profile. You can make a free or Premium account on your own, without any help or contact with 222's Fastpitch. Below you will find the perks to having your account associated with 222's Fastpitch on FieldLevel.

Benefits of the Free 222's Team Account

Under the free account, you will create an athlete profile that will be associated with our 222's Team account. The free profile allows you to add all your information including playing positions, college preferences, target schools, academic information, coach evaluations, unlimited video, view college recruiting needs, and more. Athletes can be discovered and viewed by college coaches, receive direct messages, and reply to those messages.

Connections with coaches can be more easily fostered as they see the caliber of athletes that come from our program in our previous commitments list. We are also a direct connection to the coaches and schools where our alumni have attended.

If you are a 2's athlete, and have a birth year of 2014 to 2011, the free membership is a great option for you.

Benefits of the Premium 222's Team Account

If you'd like to upgrade to the paid Premium seat with our 222's Team account, you will create an athlete profile, be linked to our 222's Team Account, receive all the benefits of the free membership, and you will also receive benefits such as:

-College Activity - See which colleges are looking at your profile and watching your videos

-College Matches - Daily list of colleges that would be a great match for you.

-College Research - Target the right teams by seeing how you match with every college

-Needs alerts - Be the first to respond to colleges' recruiting needs for your position and class

-Contact colleges - Easily send your profile with highlight video to any college coach up to 20x per month

-Profile boost - Boost exposure to your target colleges and coaches looking for recruits

-Direct access to Madi Garchinksi, our in-house Recruiting Coordinator for Field Level - Madi can help with creating your profile, answering question, and helping in the college search. She is able to be in direct contact with college coaches on your behalf and is tasked with creating relationships with a number of schools and coaches.

This program will renew each year, and athletes will have the option to opt out if they feel they no longer need the program.  

If you are a 2's athlete, and have a birth year of 2010 to 2007 (and are not yet committed to a college), the paid membership is a great option for you.
